(FBS) was founded by . N. A. Franklin in 1915. The school was one of the first private cosmetology schools to be licensed in the State of Texas in 1935. FBS has a long held history of training highly qualified practitioners of Cosmetology and the beauty culture arts.

The students receive a comprehensive education with extensive hands on experience in all areas. Recruitment at FBS focuses in the selection of those who demonstrate the aptitude and ability to compete and succeed in the field. Many, of the students, are referred by graduates or other, influential individuals.

The first time pass ratio for the state board examination is very high which make the graduates more productive and employable.
Mission Statement Franklin Beauty School, Inc. will provide entry level training in the courses offered are the Operator, Hair Braiding & Weaving, Instructor, Hair Braiding and Shampoo Tech.

Applicants may apply for classes @ the campus which is most convenient for them.

South Campus the school hours are; Tuesday -Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. & Saturday, 8:00am to 3:00pm.

North Campus the school hours are; Tuesday – Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, Saturday 8am-2:00pm.
